PICIS Project increased Operating Room revenue 12% and decreased late charges almost 90% within first 4 months of implementation of phase 1 of the PICIS CareSuite.
- Lead Technical Project Manager/Technologist implementing Kronos Badge readers for nursing staff throughout the hospital integrating into Kronos Workforce Central Suite. This removed the use of paper timecards providing automation of nurse staff schedules into Kronos Workforce Central reducing 80 monthly man-hours of manual keypunching into payroll system.
